Well done to all the 1st Year students who took part in the Seachtain na Gaeilge poster competition. The competition was open to all 1st year students. The theme was “Là Fhèile Pàdraig”. After a very high standard, Ms. Barry had the final input on deciding the buaiteoirì.
Huge congratulations to our Senior Hurling team who last week defeated Colaise Eoin to be crowned Dublin Senior A Hurling Champions 2022. This caps off a really successful hurling season for St. Fintan’s with our under 14 and under 16 teams also reaching their respective finals.
We are delighted to congratulate our graduating Class of 2022. We kicked off our goodbyes with a Teacher vs. Student match on the Friday, followed by a guard of honour formed by the teachers as the students left the school. A great, celebratory graduation night was held on the 23rd of May! These students have shown enormous resilience through all of the challenges presented by the Covid Pandemic and we are very proud of them. We wish them best of luck in their upcoming Leaving Certificate Exams and for their futures and careers going forward.
Wishing all Students and Staff a Happy, Healthy and Restful Summer Break Well done to all for all the many achievements and successes this year in academic performance, sports, the arts and extracurricular activities. We look forward to an exciting and successful 2022-2023 academic year in September!
