Teacher: Sadbh Cassidy
Last year, Ms. Carroll led Transition Year yoga and together with Ms. Cassidy lunchtime yoga sessions for students and teachers.
This year, Transition Year students are taking part in a 6 week yoga and meditation module guided by Ms. Cassidy. This module aims to help students cope with challenges they may encounter relating to stress and anxiety. Students are introduced to fun and dynamic vinyasa sequences, mindfulness and relaxation techniques such as breath awareness, pranayama and body scan meditations.
